Charlotte Cooper

Charlotte works in our Dispute Resolution Team. She has a wealth of advocacy experience, representing clients in both Metropolitan and Regional Courts.

Charlotte assists both companies and individuals across Australia with commercial disputes, contractual disputes, debt recoveries, property and lease disputes, employment litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, Will challenges and Estate litigation and administrative and regulatory law.

Charlotte works with clients to achieve the most efficient, cost-effective outcome possible, considering the unique needs of each client.

Charlotte has a thorough understanding of the modern Court system, which has become increasingly virtual and is passionate about guiding clients smoothly through the process.

Charlotte is admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
