Kaye is a Principal and an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation with over 23 years of experience in dispute resolution, litigation and insolvency.

Experienced in conducting proceedings in all State and Federal Courts and Tribunals, Kaye regularly advocates for clients in mediations and before the Courts acting for a broad range of clients.

Kaye takes the time to understand her client’s objectives and how the law can work to protect and enforce their rights in a cost effective manner. She understands that it is important to formulate a global strategy for each matter and fit for each client, whether that be to aggressively litigate or strive to retain existing business or personal relationships.
