Paul’s focus is on reaching solutions for clients that are practical, achievable and commercial. Paul’s ability to see the big picture behind the legal issue that needs to be addressed and his strategic application of wisdom and experience gained over nearly 30 years as a Lawyer together with his care for people, means he delivers outcomes that are best for our clients.

Paul enjoys negotiating successful settlements for clients in the areas of commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency and institutional abuse claims. Paul takes clients as they come and acts for multinational corporations, small businesses, charities and individuals. He has appeared in Mediations, Court Hearings, Royal Commission Hearings and at VCAT.

Paul runs businesses, makes investments, and is a Director of both private companies and not-for-profits. In 2010, Paul received the LIV President’s Award for Access to Justice. In 2019, he received the Public Witness Award from In Good Faith Foundation.
